Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and handcrafted items may require an additional 3–7 business days before dispatch — this will be noted on the product page.
UK Delivery We ship via Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
International Delivery (including USA) Orders are shipped internationally via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- USA & Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing or postal delays beyond our control.
Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the UK, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
